1. The legal ground for the processing of personal data is

the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR
the legitimate interest of the controller in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for the sending of advertising messages and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR,
Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending advertising messages and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Sb. on certain information society services, provided that no order for goods or services has been placed.

2. the purpose of the processing of personal data is

processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact details) are required, the provision of personal data is a necessary condition for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it on the part of the Controller, sending advertising messages and conducting other marketing activities.

3. the controller makes automated individual decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have expressly consented to this processing.

1. The controller stores personal data

for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
Until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, but for no longer than 5 years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

2. after the retention period for personal data has expired, the controller shall delete the personal data.

are involved in the delivery of goods/services/execution of payments on the basis of a contract,provide services related to the operation of the online store and other services related to the operation of the online store,provide marketing services.

2. the controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services/cloud services.

2. in addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you believe that your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated.

1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

2. the controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.

3. the controller declares that only persons authorized by the controller have access to personal data.
